Dr. BEN LIMBU
Dr. Limbu is the co-founder and executive director of Working Vision in Nepal. Formerly, Dr. Ben led Working Vision’s team based at Hetauda Community Eye Hospital, and his team completed over 30 workshops in 2 years! Dr. Limbu received his MD from the National Academy of Medical Sciences in Nepal and completed his residency at Tilganga Institute of Ophthalmology. Dr. Limbu has completed two international fellowships in oculoplastic surgery at the Moran Eye Institute at The University of Utah and at Moorfields Eye Hospital in London. Currently, Dr. Ben also works at Tilganga Institute of Ophthalmology and Global Eye Centre in Kathmandu, Nepal.
Dr. grant Moore
Dr. Moore is the co-founder and executive director of Working Vision. His idea to establish Working Vision occurred in 2008 while working as an intern at Tilganga Institute of Ophthalmology, in Kathmandu, Nepal. Dr. Moore is a graduate of NYU School of Medicine and completed his ophthalmology residency at Jules Stein Eye Institute-UCLA. He completed his fellowship in oculofacial plastic surgery (ASOPRS) with Dr. Richard Anderson in Salt Lake City, Utah. Dr. Moore now works in private practice as an oculofacial plastic surgeon in Phoenix, Arizona.
dr. Kristin Ow
Dr. Ow’s interest in public health and service for sight began in high school. Following her undergraduate studies at Pepperdine University, she served as an Global Impact Fellow for Unite for Sight (UFS) in Bihar, India in 2006 and 2008 and worked with a team of ophthalmologists in their clinics. She attended New York University School of Medicine and completed her residency in ophthalmology at Weill-Cornell Medical Center/New York Presbyterian Hospital. Kristin completed a glaucoma fellowship at the Moran Eye Institute at The University of Utah Health Center, and she now works in private practice in northern California.
Dr. Marianne Price
Marianne Price, PhD, MBA, is Executive Director of the Cornea Research Foundation of America in Indianapolis, IN. She holds a PhD in Medical and Molecular Genetics from Indiana University School of Medicine. Dr. Price has authored over 90 peer-reviewed publications and medical book chapters and made presentations to vision care audiences around the world. She is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, chaired the Research Committee of the Eye Bank Association of America, and served on the Board of Directors of Prevent Blindness Indiana. She has received the Melvin Jones Fellow Award from the Lions International Foundation, the Vision Award from the Corneal Dystrophy Foundation, and the Santa Caterina d’Oro award for excellence in medical research.
Dr. Rohit Saiju
Dr. Saiju is the Chief of Ophthalmic Plastic, Reconstructive and Orbital Surgery at Tilganga Institute of Ophthalmolgy in Kathmandu. He is one of 5 oculoplastic surgeons in the entire country of Nepal. Dr. Saiju and Dr. Limbu lead the Working Vision teams in Nepal. After completing his ophthalmology residency in Nepal, Dr. Saiju completed an oculoplastic fellowship at Victorian Eye and Ear Hospital in Melbourne, Australia. Dr. Saiju has published over 15 works in local and international clinical journals.
